A tasting that explores how wine is actually made and why it tastes the way it does. Through carefully chosen wines we look at vineyard decisions, fermentation choices and how professionals evaluate wine.
2. Make it Ferment
A session exploring the invisible world that turns grape juice into wine.
Guests learn about yeast, fermentation and how small winemaking decisions shape flavour and texture.
3. Blending
Become the cellar master.
Guests taste individual components and experiment with blending to create their own wine while learning how professionals build a final cuvée.
4. Out in the Winelands
A hosted day exploring vineyards, producers and the landscapes behind Cape wine. Rather than rushing between wineries, we slow down and focus on understanding place, people and style.
